I thought I would post some of my work from the Flint Hills Rodeo this past weekend. I was excited going into it, because it was my first night rodeo to shoot, and I've always liked the way the lights fall on the arena and the riders as they prepare to get onto some intimidating animals. Although I did spend some time along the sides shooting the action, I quickly made my way through the pens and up to the area where riders were getting their protective gear on and taking a few solitary moments before their ride.
